408fd5fc2e (FEAT): Completed watchdog v2 updates. 
This works the way expected, all thats left is the CLI and the command
arg parser.

862c6e7c92 (FIX): Simplified the watchdog. 
Now it runs the way its expected to, just needs to be wired up into the
parser somehow.
