(GOAL) File Watcher Implementation

This program should be able to run as a process, which will sit back and "watch" for changes to a single Markdown file and when a change is made, a new output should be generated.
The previous generation should be replaced, not deleted.
Eventually, support for multi-file watching and such may be a fun idea; but for now, a single file is perfect!
